We respect our clients, their homes, and the surrounding properties. Approaching every shoot with care and professionalism, ensuring we capture each property’s unique character while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and consideration is top priority. We are mindful of schedules, sensitive to personal boundaries, and take precautions to minimize any disruption to neighbors. By treating every property with the same respect as if it were our own, we aim to create stunning visuals that represent our clients’ listings with integrity and excellence.
Our coverage area is Hendo, Brevard, Lake Toxaway and Highlands. This is a general area with no distinct lines. Please reach out with any questions you may have regarding the location of your property.
We encourage that photography sessions be scheduled at least a week prior to scheduled shoot date. Shoot date should also allow for edits to be completed, as our turn-around on product is 24-72 hours. Our photography shoot days are scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to ensure minimal disruption to homeowners and construction teams. By shooting on these days, we avoid any activity on job sites, ensuring a clear and uninterrupted setting for photos. This schedule also allows homeowners who work from home during the week to be uninterrupted. This approach helps us deliver high-quality images without disturbing daily routines.
