 Why Hire a Pro

We've worked with Real Estate agents, stagers and property owners in the Orlando/Tampa markets, Minneapolis/Saint Paul markets and now in Western North Carolina. One constant is that property owners who put their trust in the professionals, yield more online clicks, more property visits, faster sales with higher offers. Their expertise and industry knowledge are essential for a successful and more profitable sale. While you may have a personal vision for how you want your property presented, it's crucial to recognize that these professionals bring a wealth of experience in marketing and showcasing homes effectively. Real estate agents understand market dynamics and pricing strategies, ensuring your property is positioned competitively. Photographers capture the essence of your home, utilizing their skills to showcase its best features and attract potential buyers. Stagers, with their keen eye for design, create an inviting atmosphere that resonates with a broad audience. Even if initial suggestions may seem unconventional or differ from your preferences, trusting their judgment can lead to a faster and more profitable sale. Collaboration with these professionals demonstrates a commitment to a successful outcome, leveraging their expertise to navigate the complexities of the real estate market and present your property in the best possible light.

Subject Matter

Q: Do you photograph properties that aren't clean and presentable (hoarder homes), that have been neglected, that need miscellaneous debris moved from room to room, etc?

A: We do not. Properties must be presentable, maintained and 100% shoot ready.

Q: Why must properties be 100%?

A: We aim to be exceptional and for our client's properties to be the same. Anything else will yield average results, and average is not the goal for our clients. While there are many different types of listings and properties that are all equally important, focusing on 'shoot ready' listings helps to streamline our services and offer the best experience possible.
